Purpose: Recommended to best ensure client concerns, goals and details are provided to ensure Social Worker can provide client centered support. This can include an explanation of what to expect from engagement in therapeutic support and how to best support the participant and those around them. During this, the Social Worker will explore how many sessions are best recommended and suitable for the participant to ensure their needs and goals are appropriately supported.
Session Structure:
•Counselling Session: 1 hour (in-person or virtual) – A supportive session focused on recognising burnout signs, discussing caregiver challenges, and developing self-care strategies.
•Follow-Up Support: 30 minutes (optional, as needed) – Additional resources, including stress management tips and guidance on maintaining resilience, provided via email or virtual check-ins.
Total Estimated Hours: 1 hour Assessment
